Terms of Service — Moonlight Affairs

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Moonlight Affairs ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Moonlight Affairs is a social connection platform that facilitates introductions between users and independent companions ("Hostesses"). The Platform provides profile browsing, messaging, meetup scheduling, and related services. Moonlight Affairs acts solely as an intermediary platform and does not employ, direct, or control any Hostess.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these terms, and are not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law. The Platform reserves the right to verify age and terminate accounts of users who do not meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or contain false information.

5. Independent Contractor Status

All Hostesses are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of Moonlight Affairs. The Platform does not control, direct, or supervise the services provided by Hostesses. Any arrangements between users and Hostesses are solely between those parties. Moonlight Affairs is not a party to any agreement between users and Hostesses and bears no liability for their conduct.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law
Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate any user or Hostess
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or the Platform's systems
Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform
Solicit or facilitate prostitution or any form of human trafficking
Engage in any activity that exploits minors in any way
Circumvent any security measures or access controls

7. Payments and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions between users and Hostesses are conducted independently of Moonlight Affairs. The Platform may provide payment facilitation tools but does not guarantee the completion of any transaction. Users acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. The Platform is not responsible for disputes arising from payments between users and Hostesses.

8. Limitation of Liability — Full Indemnity

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MOONLIGHT AFFAIRS, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

Your use of or inability to use the Platform
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
Any content obtained from the Platform
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Any interactions between users and Hostesses, whether online or offline
Any personal injury or property damage resulting from meetings arranged through the Platform

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS MOONLIGHT AFFAIRS, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OBLIGATIONS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY' FEES) ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

Your use of the Platform
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party right
Any content you submit or transmit through the Platform
Your interactions with other users or Hostesses

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MOONLIGHT AFFAIRS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM OR THROUGH THE PLATFORM SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Moonlight Affairs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Modifications

Moonlight Affairs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Platform.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
